Next, I will explain step-by-step how to turn your dream into reality.

The site
The first thing we will do is find the ideal environment, with the energy of a unique and very INLAND place.
I work with real estate agents in the area, specialized in finding magical spots in the interior of the Mediterranean.
Once you feel the “Genius loci” on a plot, you will know you have found your INLAND spot.
I enlisted the help of a teacher in dowsing and geobiology, who will verify that the plot is clear of geopathies, telluric networks or other harmful sources.

The initial idea and
the project
Once you have located that place that loves us, you will tell me about your dreams and your way of life.
In this phase of creation, we will move forward together, through drawings and blueprints, until we reach a final draft captured in an infographic.
The next step will be to develop an excellent technical project, with all the detailed documentation to build your INLAND. Remember the importance we give to a sustainable and environmentally friendly design. We are an incredible team of six professionals with 20 years of experience, which includes a consultancy specialized in
Passive Houses.

“My name is Lola, I am an architect, and I will accompany you, together with María Jesús, in the development stage of your Inland. María Jesús and I met at university in 1990. We studied Architecture together and we were used to working as a team.
For years we followed different career paths, but we have always been friends. In 2014 our paths came together again, and ever since we have become a good team once more. While María Jesús sometimes ascends in the air, I take care of planting our ideas in the ground. We are very different, but absolutely complementary.
I have been a professor at the University of Architecture of Alicante and recently I presented my doctoral thesis on the towers of our garden. I love the landscape and the footprint that architecture has on it.
I have a wonderful family that is the center of my life. My daughter amazes me day by day with her overflowing imagination; I smile at her innate creativity and I wonder how my little one stopped being so little so soon”.

It is time to transform the INLAND dream into reality.
If you prefer not to carry out any proceedings (licenses, notaries, fees, credits, budget comparison…), Ana Argelés, our Project Manager, will help you from the start to manage everything that your time does not allow.
The construction companies we work with are impregnated with the INLAND spirit. Formal, experienced and characterized by their impeccable finishes.
I am particularly demanding and very careful with the supervision of the work, and so is the other technical architect who will accompany me, Cynthia Olano.

I will be the project supervisor together with María Jesús and Lola, and I will have a very direct and personal contact with you, taking care impeccably of all the details during the execution of the house”.
“I met María Jesús because we lived in the same building. One day, chatting, we realized that we share the same love for the landscape. I am an agronomist, and my sensitivity led me to focus my career on landscaping.
EAt INLAND I provide my expert vision and experience in the choice of plant material, working with the architects in the design of outdoor spaces”.

The interior and exterior
design
Remember that your house must have a soul for it to be considered an authentic INLAND.
My interiors are characterized by the serenity and harmony they bring. From the beginning, I imagine the houses finished and inhabited. This allows me to have a global vision and feeling of how you will feel once it is finished. I think that the final decoration should talk about you, your travels, your passions, the objects that raise your energy level… I can also help you with those last details.
Similarly, I will design the outdoor space to be shared from the inside and felt in every corner, the smells, the natural textures, the earth colors, and above all, the plant material, everything will be whispering in your ear… Mediterranean.
I would love to share with you a lemonade under that INLAND porch, witnessing a cheerful table talk among friends and loved ones, and full moon nights in which the only thought when looking up to the sky would be “thank you”.
